Chef Nimrod Norman returns to the simple cooking techniques which had encaptivated him, with a charcoal grill-based skewer menu, a selection of salads and oven-hot pita breads – a tribute to the well-known and beloved culinary establishments of Jerusalem. 02 Restaurant’s skewer menu has traditional as well as innovative dishes, enriching the vibrant kosher restaurant’s dialogue with the spirit of time and place. “At the 02 Restaurant, I can tell the story of Jerusalem and Israel as I see it. Skewers and burning coals – it’s as Israeli as you can get”, says chef Norman.
