Fish Days, July 12 – 25, 18:00-22:30
For “The Three Weeks” (Bein ha-Metzarim), the days between the 17th of the Jewish month Tammuz and the 9th of the Jewish month of Av (Tisha B’Av), 02 Restaurant at the Inbal Hotel is launching a special fish menu for those who avoid eating meat, but not only for them.
Chef Nimrod Norman assembled creative fish dishes, such as Asian sea tartare, grilled tuna skewers, fried and grilled fish. The menu is based on the daily yield of the sea, using different and varied cooking techniques.
