In the 02 Restaurant, chef Avraham Freizen presents his own take on Jerusalem’s contemporary cuisine, offering a harmonious balance between inspired chef creations and playful street food.
Friezen’s food expresses his love for Jerusalem, its diverse cultures, hospitality, and cuisine. “Jerusalem’s food is the story of this city, a multicultural mosaic that creates a rich and colorful picture, from food rooted in the ancestral traditions of East Jerusalem to Jewish foods from a multitude of ethnic origins from which I draw inspiration and creativity, and which I proudly include in the menu of the 02”.

Private events at a high-end restaurant
The 02 Restaurant hosts private events for families and friends in two different spaces, depending on occasion type and group size. We invite you to celebrate your special occasion with us, with fare from the restaurant’s seasonal menu and a dedicated staff – everything you need to create a memorable event.
Lunch event (30-60 guests): The entire restaurant will be at your disposal, with food served to the center of the table by our waiters. This space is perfect for hosting events for large companies, corporate events, and large family gatherings.
Dinner event (10-16 guests): An area of the restaurant may be closed off for a private event of up to 16 guests. Alternatively, the restaurant offers a private room, ideal for intimate events of up to 10 people, such as diplomatic events, events for small companies, family gatherings, and birthday parties.

Our wine and liquor menu showcases Israeli producers, with an all-local beverage selection. The 02 Restaurant pays tribute to the excellent wineries of the Judean region, as well as to the contemporary Israeli wine industry with its wide variety of winemaking styles. On our bar’s shelves, seven varieties of local gin offer a sip of Israel’s essence: pink lady apple gin, citron gin from the Golan Heights, botanic gin from the Western Galilee and Jerusalem gin, rich in aromas of almond, pine and olive trees. A meticulously curated selection of Israeli vermouth, whiskey, arak, vodka and schnapps is also available.

Join us every Friday night for a joyous Shabbat dinner featuring a full, strictly kosher (mehadrin) chef-prepared meal, including wine for kiddush, challah, an assortment of appetizers, a selection of main courses, and desserts. The Shabbat dinner is open to both hotel guests and outside diners, by reservation.
