The 02 menu was created by the renowned Jerusalem Mona Group, headed by Chefs Moshiko Gamlieli and Itamar Navon. Together with the hotel’s chef, they created a menu that combines authentic Jerusalem cuisine with up-to-date culinary methods.

“02” will provide a shared experience, characterized by rich Israeli specialties, with various dishes and materials that symbolize the city such as freekeh, Baladi vegetables, pulses and spices, alongside meat chunks, sheesh kebabs, fish, vegetables and traditional meat dishes all are served on the grill by weight, with minimal handling and original and meticulous serving.
